VPN Client Setup Guide

Prepare VQVPN in a clear sequence from account creation to a working connection. Complete the panel steps first, then import the subscription configuration on your usual devices.

Windows macOS Android iOS
First, a note about client differences: Button names, configuration locations and permission prompts vary between clients, but the basic workflow is the same: get the subscription content, add it to subscription management, update the configuration, choose a route and turn on the connection. This guide uses common entry names; if your version uses slightly different wording, look for entries related to “subscription,” “configuration,” “remote configuration” or “update.” For complete troubleshooting information, visit the Help Center. For systematic information about routes and clients, read the complete handbook.

Account

Create an account and open the user panel

Open the VQVPN account creation page and enter a username and password in the form. Check the details as prompted, then submit the form and wait for the panel to finish creating the account. VQVPN requires no email address; a username and password are enough to create an account. Choose a password that is not reused with other services and store your login details securely.

After the account is created, the page will open the user panel or display a sign-in entry. First, confirm that you can access the account overview normally. If the account section is visible, the account has been created. If you are still on the form, check whether the username is already taken and whether both passwords match, then submit again. Do not save your login session on a public device or copy your password into an unfamiliar page. Once the panel is accessible, choose a data plan that suits your needs.

Plan

Choose a plan and pay for the order

After creating an account, open the Plans page in the user panel. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. If your usage varies, you can also choose a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB or ¥658/3000GB. Data packages remain available until used and never expire.

Estimate your main usage first, then choose the data allowance. Everyday browsing, text messaging and occasional video viewing can start with a smaller allowance; long-term use across multiple devices or frequent HD video streaming calls for more headroom. After choosing a plan, click its start button, review the plan name, data allowance and price on the order confirmation page, then pay using one of the available methods. VQVPN currently supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. After payment, do not close the page immediately. Confirm that the order status has updated, then return to the account overview.

If the order status does not change right away, refresh the panel and check the order history. Do not submit the same order again. The site states that refunds are available without cause within 7 days; specific eligibility and processing details are subject to the Terms of Service. After confirming the order, continue to subscription retrieval.

Subscription

Get the subscription configuration from the account overview

After the order takes effect, open the account overview and find the subscription information or client configuration section. Depending on your account status, the panel provides options to copy the subscription, get a configuration or open a client import flow. After using the Copy button, you may temporarily store the content in your password manager or your device clipboard. Do not publish subscription content in groups, forums or public code repositories: it is an account credential and could allow others to consume your data if exposed.

If the panel shows entry points for multiple clients, identify the platform you want to use first and choose the matching import method. A standard subscription is usually added by link, while some clients can recognize content directly from the clipboard. For format illustration, this guide uses only the clearly fake example address: https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. It is not a working subscription address and must not be copied into a client. Get the actual configuration from the signed-in VQVPN user panel.

After copying, do not connect right away. Open the client for your target platform, find subscription or configuration management, and paste the content there. If the client asks for a name, use “VQVPN” as a local label. The label only distinguishes configurations and does not change the subscription content. The common import paths for all four platforms are described below.

04

Windows

Windows: Update the configuration in subscription management

Open the Windows client and complete sign-in or the initial setup. Depending on the client, the entry may be under “Subscription Management,” “Configuration Management,” “Remote Configuration” or the plus button on the main screen. Look for one of these names first. Choose Add Subscription, then paste the content copied from the user panel into the address field. If there is also a “Name” field, enter a recognizable label and save.

After saving, you usually need to click Update, Refresh or Download Configuration. Wait for route names to appear in the configuration list, then return to the main screen and choose a route. For first-time use, start with a region near your location and switch routes based on your access needs after connecting successfully. Windows may show network permission or firewall prompts; follow the client interface to allow the required actions. If you closed the permission window, return to the client settings and check the network component status.

05

macOS

macOS: Allow the network extension, then import the subscription

Open the client on your Mac. The first run may request permission for a network extension, VPN configuration or related components. Follow the prompts in System Settings to authorize it, then return to the client. If authorization was denied, open the relevant Network or Privacy & Security section in System Settings, find the client and allow it again. Exact names vary by macOS and client version.

Once permissions are ready, open the client’s subscription, configuration or remote files page. Choose Add Subscription, paste the content copied from the user panel and save it. Then click Update so the client retrieves the latest configuration. When the list appears, choose a route and return to the home screen to connect. Some macOS menu bar clients place the connection switch in the icon at the top of the screen; check the menu bar if you cannot find a button in the main window. After connecting, open a webpage to verify the result rather than judging the status only by whether the client window is open.

06

Android

Android: Add a subscription and refresh the route list

Open the Android client and look for “Subscription Management,” “Configuration Management,” “Remote Subscription” or a plus entry on the home screen or side menu. Choose Add Subscription and paste the content copied from the user panel into the subscription address field. If the client offers “Import from Clipboard,” you can use that instead. Enter a local label, save it and then tap Update or pull down to refresh.

When the route list finishes updating, return to the client home screen, choose a route and tap Connect. Android will usually display a VPN connection request; the client can establish the connection only after you confirm it. If the system prompt was canceled, tap Connect again to trigger it. Keep the client in the foreground during the first connection and watch the status change from Connecting to Connected. If battery optimization is enabled, check the client’s background activity restrictions in Android battery settings for longer sessions so the connection does not stop after the screen locks.

07

iOS

iOS: Add the subscription from the subscription or configuration page

Open the iOS client and look for “Subscription,” “Remote Configuration” or “Add Configuration” in the home screen, configuration list or settings menu. Tap Add, paste the subscription content copied from the user panel and save it. If the client displays a system network configuration authorization prompt, confirm it as instructed. iOS may ask you to verify the device passcode or system permission again; this is a normal part of creating the network configuration.

After adding the subscription, run an update and wait for routes to appear in the configuration list. Return to the client home screen, choose a route and turn on the connection. Once the connection status changes, open a browser and visit a webpage. If no configuration appears after pasting, confirm that you used the content copied from the panel rather than the example address in this guide, then check whether the client requires you to tap Save or Update. iOS background restrictions and network changes can affect connectivity; while troubleshooting, keep the client open and use a stable Wi-Fi connection.

08

Verify

Connect and verify that the connection is active

After choosing a route, tap Connect and wait for the client to show “Connected,” switch to an enabled state or display a clear connection indicator. Then visit a familiar webpage and check that it opens normally. If the client shows the current route name or exit information, you can compare it as well. During verification, start with a text page before testing images or video so you can distinguish connection issues from a problem loading a particular website.

If the connection fails, first confirm that the subscription is still valid and run an update in the client. Then switch to another route and try again instead of treating a temporary issue with one route as an account-wide failure. If webpages open but speeds are unstable, close other apps using data and compare routes in different regions. Do not repeatedly delete the account or place duplicate orders; those actions generally do not resolve client permissions, an outdated configuration or route-selection issues.

If no platform can connect, return to the user panel and check the plan and account status. If only one platform has a problem, focus on that platform’s network permissions, subscription format and background restrictions. If the issue persists, visit the Help Center and review the account, connection, speed and billing sections. Prepare the client platform, system version, error message and routes already tested to make follow-up troubleshooting easier. Once a connection works, everyday use only requires opening the client, choosing a route and turning on the connection. To refresh the route list, return to subscription management and run an update.
