These Terms of Use apply to the cross-border access and network acceleration services provided by VQVPN. By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using a related client, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop using the service. “User” means any individual or organization that registers for, purchases, or actually uses the service.

1. Service Content and Scope

VQVPN provides international routes, subscription management, and access to related clients to improve network connectivity when accessing international websites and online services. The current service covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The specific regions, route types, and client features available for connection are subject to the user panel and the content actually displayed there.

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. Service content and available routes may change due to network conditions, platform policies, and technical maintenance.

2. Account and Subscription Rules

Registration requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for activity conducted under their accounts. An account may be used on an unlimited number of devices, but this access is limited to the account holder or the same authorized user entity.

Accounts, subscription content, and user panel access may not be resold, rented, loaned, publicly shared, or otherwise provided to unauthorized third parties. Users may not interfere with service operation, bypass traffic management, or affect other users’ normal access through automated programs, bulk accounts, or other means. If credentials are exposed or unusual login activity or another security risk is detected, users should take the necessary measures in the user panel without delay.

3. Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the location where the accessed service is provided, and must independently determine whether a specific use case is lawful. The service may not be used for fraud, account theft, malware distribution, unauthorized system access, intellectual property infringement, harassment, distribution of unlawful content, or other illegal activities.

Users may not use the service to conduct activities that could harm networks, servers, third-party platforms, or the rights and interests of other users. Users are solely responsible for liability arising from their content, actions, or violation of laws and regulations. Upon receiving a valid notice or identifying a clear risk, VQVPN may take measures such as restricting connections, suspending service, or terminating an account, depending on the level of risk.

4. Service Availability and Scope of Liability

Network connectivity is affected by carrier routes, regional network conditions, target platform policies, device systems, software versions, and uncontrollable technical factors. VQVPN maintains routes and client access points based on operating conditions, but does not promise continuous connectivity in every region or at all times, and does not guarantee that specific websites, applications, or content will always be accessible.

Users should use supported devices and software and follow the tutorials to complete client configuration. For issues caused by device failure, system updates, third-party platform changes, network interruptions, force majeure, or improper user operation, VQVPN will provide troubleshooting suggestions within a reasonable scope, but assumes no liability beyond that required by applicable law. Users may not use the service for critical business scenarios requiring absolute continuity or a specific outcome.

5. Refunds, Termination, and Changes to These Terms

A full refund without reason may be requested within 7 days after the first payment. Refund requests and processing are subject to the procedures and relevant rules shown in the user panel; completed service use, payment channel processing times, or other necessary verification may affect when the refund is received. Traffic packages are provided on a use-until-depleted, never-expiring basis, with usage status subject to the records in the user panel.

Users may stop using the service. If a user violates these terms, engages in illegal activity, resells or shares an account, interferes with system operation, or creates a potential security or compliance risk, VQVPN may suspend or terminate the relevant account and subscription. After termination, provisions concerning existing lawful obligations, dispute resolution, and liability remain effective to the extent applicable.

VQVPN may update these terms due to legal requirements, service changes, or security needs. Updates will be published on the website or in the user panel with the update date indicated. Continuing to use the service after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes; if you disagree, stop using the service and handle any outstanding matters according to the applicable rules.
