Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
VQVPN respects the boundaries of how user information is handled. This policy explains what information may be collected when users access cross-border networks and use network acceleration services through VQVPN, why it is collected, how it is stored, and how users can request deletion. Using the service means that the user has read and understood this policy. If the user disagrees with it, the relevant services should not be used.
1. Information Collected and Its Purpose
When an account is created, VQVPN processes a username and password to create the account, complete sign-in, identify account status, and provide subscription services. No email address is required for registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address in account settings, service communications, or another context, it may be used for account notices, service replies, or account recovery; email is not required to register.
When a user purchases a monthly subscription or data package, VQVPN stores order records, including the selected service, order status, payment status, and information necessary for order processing. These records are used to confirm entitlements, process refund requests, provide after-sales support, identify duplicate orders, and meet applicable financial and compliance obligations. VQVPN does not use order records to infer personal preferences unrelated to the service.
Access analytics are used to understand page views, referring pages, device types, and page interactions so that VQVPN can check site operation, improve content structure, and identify technical issues. Analytics are used for aggregate analysis and do not record the specific websites a user visits.
2. Network Access Content and Connection Logs
VQVPN does not record which websites users access through the service, which pages they view, or what specific network content they use. System information required for service operation may exist briefly during troubleshooting or security protection, but VQVPN does not retain connection logs to build a history of a user's network activity, nor does it create a personal profile of access content for routine lookup.
In the event of a service failure, account dispute, or security incident, VQVPN may retain technical records related to the event when necessary to confirm whether a request succeeded, protect accounts, and maintain service stability. Such records are retained only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, then deleted or de-identified according to internal procedures.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use necessary cookies or similar technologies to maintain page state, save language preferences, identify sessions, and provide basic security controls. Technologies used for access analytics support aggregate analysis of page usage. Users can restrict or clear cookies through browser settings; some page preferences may then need to be configured again.
The user panel stores the status information needed for a sign-in session, language selection, and some interface preferences in the browser's local storage, allowing the sign-in flow and display settings to remain after a page refresh. Clearing local storage will invalidate the session, and the user may need to sign in again. Except as needed for panel functions, VQVPN does not use local storage to read data from other applications.
4. Payments and Third-Party Processing
VQVPN supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or blockchain network under its own rules. VQVPN receives only the information needed to confirm orders, synchronize payment status, and process refunds. This service does not store complete login credentials or payment passwords for third-party payment accounts.
Information submitted on a third-party payment page is subject to that provider's privacy policy and terms of service. Users should review the relevant information before making a payment. Once order status is returned to VQVPN, it is used only to fulfill subscription delivery, refund, and customer support responsibilities.
5. Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account details and subscription records are retained while the service relationship continues to support sign-in, entitlement confirmation, order inquiries, and after-sales assistance. Records required for legal, financial, or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained until the relevant obligation is complete. After the purpose ends, VQVPN will delete, anonymize, or restrict access to them. Uncompleted orders, refund requests, and security incidents may need to be retained until processing is finished.
Users can submit a request to delete account details through the service entry in the user panel: Submit a service request. The request should identify the account and the specific items to be handled. VQVPN will first complete the necessary account verification, then process data eligible for deletion. Orders or financial records that must be retained by law are not subject to immediate deletion.
This policy may be updated when service features, legal requirements, or data-processing practices change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the update date at the top will be revised. VQVPN will provide notice in an appropriate location for material changes affecting user rights. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
